Various blends of bread flour, Ancient & Diverse Grains (such as: Sonora wheat, Einkorn, Khorasan, Purple corn, Black Barley, Spelt…), Semolina &/or Rye. Additions &/or toppings can include (but not limited to): Kalamata olives, Dried Cranberries, Rosemary, Thyme, Pecorino/Romano cheese, Asiago cheese, Maldon sea salt, Kosher salt… Basic loaf is approximately 1 ½ pounds, round, rounded square, rectangular “sandwich” loaf. Schiacciata flatbreads. Bagel rolls. Sourdough. “French” bread/baguettes.
